PL: Up and Down Park Ave

Prof. Layton and Luke use Flora's life insurance money to buy new clothes! They have an awesome time.

This sketch was part of my "Top Hat Name Association Week," which was actually many weeks ago and did not actually span a week. The previous name was Jack the Ripper, this one was Fred Astaire. I had to draw Luke as well.

I think my main problem is I have no idea how I'd like to draw these characters. I'd like to figure it out just once.
